Oswaldo 71%

Dark Grand Cru couverture with 71 % cocoa content from two small villages in the Alto Huayabamba Valley in the Peruvian Amazon region meets organic cream from Noflen.

Walnut marzipan & orange

Lightly roasted walnut kernels are processed into aromatic marzipan, combined with oranges and coated with a Grand Cru couverture with 71 % cocoa content from Peru.

Mulled wine & hazelnut

Hazelnuts from Piedmont are processed into delicious gianduja and combined with a fruity mulled wine jelly.

Passion fruit & fleur de sel

Light and sweet ganache is refined with passion fruit and a pinch of fleur de sel.

Mandarin & Saffron

A fruity mandarin jelly is accompanied by a ganache made from the finest cocoa from Madagascar.

Gingerbread

A melt-in-the-mouth ganache is refined with a hint of gingerbread spice.

Old River & Java 64 %

The powerful, balanced and spicy single malt whisky from the Bernese Mittelland meets the Grand Cru couverture from the East Highlands of the island of Java.

Pomegranate & Chilli

A sweet and sour pomegranate jelly meets a ganache made from Grand Cru Couverture Elvesia 74 % and is flavoured with chilli.
